		<description>The truth is that I do have a lot of javascript stuff on the side but all of these load after the main content has been displayed, so theoretically people can start reading while the rest of the site is loading. </description>

		<description>Well according to YSlow, you have a very un-optimised site- it&#039;s nearly 800kb, with loads of plugins and widgets, plus nothing is gzipped or minified. I have a fairly shitty connection (300kbps) and it took 26 seconds to fully load on my machine. So maybe look at something like php_speedy or script compressor (both WP Plugins) and check your score with YSlow. </description>
