Well, it seems that Last.fm finally had its Day of Silence after all. They may have had decided to not participate in the original one but it seems that their servers decided to take their own day off, starting yesterday night and still going stong today morning. Currently, access to the site is still a matter of luck.

Trouble with Last.fm… sounds familiar :-/
Last.fm keeps on bothering me with its strange behaviour for quite a while now. If it would only be the technical problems, I wouldn’t complain – it’s not their fault if a server goes down or something like that. But they seem to busy themselves with the database as well. And they really should get used to tell the people if there is a maintenance, so everybody knows what’s up.
